Doctor of humanities in the field of psychology, employee of the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw. Psychosocial soft skills trainer.
Since 2006, she trains different groups in interpersonal communication, assertiveness, motivation, leadership and emotion management. She focuses on the principles of psychology and the use of strengths in human development.

The head of the Supporting Personality Development specialization at Faculty of Psychology, University of Warsaw, teaching future trainers and coaches. Moreover she works as an internal trainer at the University of Warsaw for several years.

Scientifically she deals with psychology of emotions (including neural mechanisms of emotion), emotion regulation and resilience. She is currently the head of two scientific projects and manages a team of several people. In the research psychological as well as neuropsychological and medical methods are used.

Author of scientific articles devoted to psychology of emotions. She likes to travel and work with people and enjoys when she can contribute to their development.
