I work as a Welcome Point Coordinator at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw, and I am responsible for preparing adaptation and integration events for students and coordinating the activities of student organisations at the university.

I love planning and implementing projects together with students, working with them gives me a sense of purpose and a lot of reasons to be excited.

I had the pleasure of taking part in a series of peer-coaching group meetings, which turned out to be a great initiative that brought me a lot of knowledge and support from people who deal with similar tasks.

The meetings were a good opportunity to exchange ideas and reflect on everyday work. I particularly remember Maxim’s words emphasising that the more we believe in what we offer our students, the more clearly we communicate what is important to us, the more genuinely inspiring we become. I think the best testament to the great value of this group is the fact that we are still meeting even though the project is over.
