We invite you to support the international event EWP Convention 2025, taking place at the University of Warsaw on June 17–18. The EWP Convention is an international conference dedicated to the digitalization of academic mobility within the Erasmus+ programme. If you’d like to gain experience in organizing a prestigious event – join us as a volunteer!

When and where?
You can get involved during selected days and time slots (you may choose one or more shifts):

We are now just looking for volunteers for the turn:

• Tuesday, June 17, 8:00–13:00,
• Tuesday, June 17, 13:00–18:00,
• Wednesday, June 18, 8:00–13:00,
• Wednesday, June 18, 13:00–18:00.

The event will take place at the Faculty of Modern Languages (ul. Dobra 55). A short training session for all volunteers will be organized during the week of June 9–13, at a time to be confirmed.

What tasks can you expect as a volunteer?

• Registering conference participants.
• Assisting with the preparation and cleanup of the space.
• Providing logistical support.
• Offering ongoing information and assistance to conference participants.

Who are we looking for?
Current students of the University of Warsaw who:

• speak English fluently (min. B2 level),
• are available for at least one full shift,
• are open, independent, communicative, and eager to meet new people,
• we especially welcome students familiar with the Dobra 55 building.

All volunteers will receive: meals, a set of gadgets, and a certificate confirming your volunteer work.
