We would like to invite you to the movie set adventure! If you would like to take part in video shooting and be part of international project UNICOMM, join us!

When?
September 16–17, 2024, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
You can participate in one or two shooting days.

Where?
University of Warsaw Library (Dobra 56/66, Warsaw) and surroundings

What?
During the UNICOMM Summer Academy on Student Participation, together with students from European universities, we have created a plan for four video tutorials. Their goal is to show what is important in student-led and student-engaged projects. The topics of the tutorials include:

• cultural diversity
• engaging working students
• student motivations
• creating a safer space

Now, we are looking for students who will help us bring this idea to life and perform in front of the camera.

Who are we looking for?
Students of the University of Warsaw, that are currently in Warsaw and are available on the mentioned dates, who would like to become actors and part of the UNICOMM project (you will receive the script, don’t worry). Please note that acting experience is not necessary.

The working language will be English, therefore good command of spoken English is required.

Why is it worth participating in?
It is a great opportunity to:

• do something together at our University
• meet fellow students 
• create something with international reach
• get experience with professional film creators and promotion specialists from our University 

You will also receive a certificate of participation from the Volunteer Centre UW and a gift pack. Refreshments will be provided.

How to take part?

• a few sentences about you, and your motivation to join the video creation
• your availability on September 16 and September 17

The number of places is limited.

Important!
Due to the logistics of the filming schedule, we reserve the right to postpone the filming days.

Please note: during this volunteering opportunity there will be a lot of people present as well as fast and intense paste of action. Louder noises might appear as well. Please take it into account while deciding to join the initiative.
