Monika is passionate about people, their potential, and their influence on the development of enterprises. She is eager to inspire others to get out of their comfort zone because, as she says, “magic and true development begin there”. Her international adventure began with the graduation of International Business Studies at the University of Economics and Business in Poznan and additional scholarships in Germany and China. Interested in their culture, for two years she lived and worked in Southeast Asia and for 4 years in Germany. Currently, she enjoys her life, sharing it between Poland and Portugal. For the last 12 years, She’s been involved in B2B and B2C marketing, actively supporting sales departments in their daily work, adapting products and sales support methods to local customer preferences. She has international experience as a Project Manager, while she was responsible for strategic, marketing and implementation projects in the countries of the EMEA region, South America and Southeast Asia. Fascinated by cultural diversity and its influence on enterprises, she undertook doctoral studies at the University of Economics and Business in Poznan (Poland). She also cooperates with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Poznan (Poznań) and Universidade do Porto (Portugal). She is an academic lecturer, consultant, and intercultural trainer with a passion for travelling. She loves to be on the move, and meet new people, get to know new culture and customs. She completed an individual therapy process based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Nonviolent Communication in an academic environment course (2021), Nonviolent Communication in everyday life and business course, as well as one-year supervision by Joanna Berent (a certified trainer of Nonviolent Communication). As part of the UW Global project, she conducted NVC workshops for University employees
