I work as a project and administrative specialist at the Volunteer Centre of the University of Warsaw, where I am responsible for coordinating event-based volunteering and managing administrative tasks for both my unit and the UNICOMM Project.

Participating in the peer-coaching group provided me with valuable insights and experiences from other participants, motivating me to explore new ways to engage students. However, the most meaningful and supportive aspect of the PCG was the opportunity to connect with higher education staff from across Europe who face similar challenges, and to start my Tuesday mornings with an inspiring boost of energy and motivation.
